What can I expect at a visit?
At Dancing Tree Physical Therapy and Wellness you will spend your appointment time one on one with Lisa. Sessions generally will last 55 minutes to an hour.
Do you accept insurance?
Dancing Tree Physical Therapy and Wellness is an out of network provider. That means that you pay for your physical therapy sessions upfront. You will be provided a "superbill" with treatment codes for the services rendered which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement on your own behalf.
Working out of network, one on one with your provides, allows us to focus on your story and your path to health and well being and not what a third party decides is your best outcome.
All Functional Medicine services are completely cash based services for which you will pay in full at time of service or registration.

How will I get reimbursed?
Most Insurance companies will allow you to submit a claim form via their website. Amount of reimbursement is dependent on your insurance provider and you're out of network benefits. In order to understand how to be reimbursed please contact your insurance provider directly. Dancing Tree Physical Therapy and Wellness is not responsible for reimbursement.
